Fox 29 Viewers Aid In Fugitive Capture

Fox 29's viewers have done it again, as there was another capture to talk about on "Good Day Philadelphia."
Cpl. Jeffery Whitmarsh, of the Delaware State Police, discussed the capture on the latest installment of "Wednesday's Wanted."
Who have the viewers helped state police put away?
Sean Kelly was wanted by multiple agencies in the Philadelphia area -- specifically in Delaware for armed robbery of a Country Farms in Wilmington -- until his arrest at 4 a.m. Tuesday, Whitmarsh said.
An investigator viewing surveillance video in the case recognized Kelly as having robbed an adjacent business, a music store, in February 2008.
A tip call was made to the Philadelphia Police Department, members of which then made the arrest.
Whitmarsh also shared details on two other fugitives to tell viewers about.
James Northrop is accused of an attack on Christmas Eve after meeting his ex-girlfriend at the Christiana Mall in Newark to see his children but allegedly beating her in front of the kids and threatening to harm her again.
Police said Northrop faces three counts of endangering the welfare of children as well as threatening bodily harm and assault. He's described as being 6 feet tall, 175 pounds, homeless and living in Philadelphia.
The other fugitive is Tasha Archibald, 22, who was contacted during a 2005 traffic stop and, when interviewed, lied about the identity of a person who was in the car with her. Troopers later learned that person was a wanted fugitive, who has since been arrested.
Archibald is wanted on charges of conspiracy and hindering prosecution. She's described as being 5 feet 4 inches tall, 102 pounds and last lived in Elkton, Md.
