liverpool steals welsh water lol , liverpool pays for welsh water ,well over the odds to., english holidaymakers especially in the 50s 60s 70s every year went to wales each year ,and spent their hard earned money in wales , without english tax payers youd have no free student fees or free prescriptions, , theres no coal now, holidays in wales arnt in the numbers that once were, farmings in decline ,were are you going to get your money from
