IDEA should mean Indefinate Discrimination and Exploitation Act. Some special service districts get very large sums of subsidies, some even than state colleges get per student! But where is the money going other than paying corrupt staff and administrators obviously not to create a stable career path for student, just a bunch of hypocrites who feel they should be awarded getting a student a job at a lemonade stand or a car wash!!

Because when president Gerald Ford signed IDEA into law in 1975, he never once thought to veto it until congress found a way to actually enforce it.
