Zack & Wiki: Barbaros's Land (Part 2)

27. Don't fight the Hench Mummy. You may think that Golden Sword over there is a good weapon, but it breaks after a single strike. Instead, walk away and use the lighter on the torch.
28. First, give the Wii Remote a shake to open the lighter. Next, press down (as in, the direction) on the D-pad to light it. Hold against the torch until you get a flame. The heat will wake up a frog.
29. Walk back to where you crushed the patrolling Hench Mummy and pick up the piece of Gravel.
30. Walk up all the way past where you threw the rock from until you get to a crossing. Go left from there.
31. Stand on the big tile with a skull on it.
32. From there, throw the rock on the snake's head. Because there's quite a gust, you'll need to hold the rock as far to the right as possible for it to hit the snake.
33. Walk back to the crossing and go down, cross the bridge to the left.
34. Pull the Steel Sword out of the ground. It may not look like it, but it's a lot stronger than the Golden Sword.
35. Engage a sword fight with the Hench Mummy patrolling the area. You need to strike as soon as the mummy is about to strike. You also need to make the same kind of strike, meaning either horizontal or vertical. If you can't make the strike in time, you can hold the sword horizontal to block a vertical strike, and the other way around. Whoever hits the opponent 3 times wins.
To get full HQ you need to win without blocking or getting hit AT ALL.
36. After you've beaten the mummy, go to the K.O.'d snake and pick its vase up.
37. Throw the vase into the hole in the floor. The snake will scare the frog into Barbaros' room. (See where this is going?)
38. Grab the Steel Sword again.
39. Go back to the crossing and turn right this time.
40. Cut the rope with your sword. You can also do this with a Golden Sword.
41. Walk down and cross the bottom bridge.
42. Go up the elevator again.
43. Pull the flag pole out of its post.
44. Walk all the way back to where you threw the big rock from.
45. Climb down the rope.
46. Walk over the tightrope with the Pole. When Zack starts leaning sideways, correct it by tilting the Pole.
47. Pull the fan-thing out of the ship.
48. Wave the fan up and down to move the ship. If you wave fast enough, the ship will crash and the treasure will fall. This earns you more HQ than parking slowly. Be careful not to wave TOO fast, by the way, or the Wii won't register it right.
49. This is a step you can't know without dying first: Grab the Treasure Bell and drop it a little to the left of the red tile. You'll see why.
51. Go retrieve your Steel Sword, if you haven't already. With it, face the Hench Mummy on the bridge.
52. Barbaros will order Wiki to de-itemize another Hench Mummy Totem and will create a Frog Bomb in the process. Quickly grab hold of the rope.
53. Pull the rope as Barbaros passes.
54. In his confusion, Barbaros will grab the Treasure Bell, thinking it's Wiki. He'll soon realise he can't itemize you with it, though. Pick up Wiki before Barbaros does.
55. Itemize Barbaros.

God, I SUCK at these sword fights. I actually was a lot better at it in my practice round. I got 410000 HQ total on the stage that time, while I only got 380000 this time.

hey a help me i only need to get the secret treasure of the sword fight but is very difficult can you give me a hint? :3

You mean the fight on the bridge? All you need to do is fight a certain patrolling guard on a bridge.

In 2:12 of this video I fight the right guard on the right place for the Secret Treasure to appear, check it out. :)

how to kill a zombie:

1.if he begin to hit, hit him by counter attack him first in the same direction

2.block all his attacks. he will getting mad(its more difficult) and after, he will be tired and he lowers his guard so you can hit him(but do it fast )

How the heck do you swordfight? Maybe it's that I don't have that Wii Motionplus or whatever, but it seems like I swing the heck out of my Wii remote & Zack just swings the sword when he wants to.

Here's what happened with me: Barbaros set off the bomb (I didn't have the fake bell) and he killed me... and I did the same thing twice. So then, I followed it with the bell, I had everything right, and right when he set off the bomb, I was ready, but pulled the rope too soon, So now I have to start ALL OVER!

The hardest part of this puzzle is to figure out how to use the lighter. Serious? Press down on D pad after open the lid? The game doesn't even tell you that. Normally when you need to press a key to open the Batbrella, there's a clear indexation on the handle to tell you press button 2. There's no symbol of anything anywhere on the Lighter that tells you to press down...
