Does anyone know if Tindora is generally available in the U.S., Los Angeles for example?

We're in Texas, and Tindora are available at our local Walmart (they are labeled as "Tindora" as well). You can definitely find them at any Indian grocery store -- there's got be lots of them in LA.

So many of your recipes are courtesy of someone. Wheres your originality & creativity. It looks like just publicity.

Great Video....can u substitute anything else for the vinegar...such as lemon or lime??
Thanks and it looks yummy. :-)

Yes, you can substitute lime or lemon juice for the vinegar. Just make sure you use bottled lime or lemon juice as they contain more acidity than the fresh ones -- perfect for pickling/preserving.
