Easter TROUT Fishing on Cattaraugus creek

got out fishing a couple hours with Mike for some Easter morning trout fishing on Cattaraugus creek a lake erie tributary stream.
we usually have to wait til late april or into may before this creek is clean enough to fish -mild winter,lack of snow and rain lead to rare perfect conditions in early april

Hey Mike and Dave, love your channel, watching your videos really gets me stoked to do more fishing. My brother and I are planning a trip to "The Cat" this coming spring for the Steelhead run. We really want to fish in the Zoar Valley and we tentativly have picked the first weekend in April. In your opinion would this be a good time to go or would we be better off pushing the trip out to the third or fourth week? The Steelhead hang in the Cat through May correct?

steelhead are up in zoar on the catt til near the end of may - hard to plan because some years its pure mud from run off till may

Looks awesome, are there trout in most of the tributaries to this stream too? I am going up next month to catch wild fish hopefully

Bill, Mike, I am planning a trip to fish the Zoar Valley this coming spring. Not knowing the weather and all could you give me your opinion on when the best time would be to come up? I will be driving 7 hours and want to book the cabin we will be staying in now. I know it's a tough call but lets just say we have an average winter this year. Rght now we have tentative dates of 4/5 - 4/8. I'm thinking we want to come up later in the month. Please advise. Your videos are friggin' awesome
