Structure-Head/neck-Chest-Leg left-Leg right-Restraints
G-G-G-G-G-G
Test details:
The Hyundai Accent was redesigned for the 2012 model year.
Restraints/dummy kinematics — Dummy movement was well controlled. The driver side curtain and side torso airbags deployed during the crash. During rebound, the dummy's head contacted the side curtain airbag and the top of the A-pillar.
Injury measures — Measures taken from the dummy indicate a low risk of any significant injuries in a crash of this severity. Head acceleration from the A-pillar hit was low.
Great improvement over the previous car. In this crash, it looks like the side curtain airbag didn't completely deploy to cover the side window. In the video of the side impact, the side curtain airbag deployed as it should. No comments regarding this on the iihs.org website.

Doesn't look that bad at all given the overall size/weight of the car. The Neon did so much worse!
