    these are not towel exercises .in real towel exercises, the elbows or knees get flexed and you can develop great muscles without using weights

  • @trillakilla i know you want mike to reply but i have been doing mikes workout along with "absbiceps" new 30 program and Georges St. Pierre's home workout dvd set and going to the gym about 2 hours a day and after 1 month i can see results with fat. So my advice do the workout get the abs then burn the fat while or after you feel your core is strong then once you drop those 10-20lbs. lets say you'll see them slowly come out.
