i seen the show but what can the rinnegan do cause pain use all of the other pains to do random things but i never really saw what he does with his own eyes can someone plz explain what can the rinngan do??

@levister16 Eien no Mangekyō Sharingan is the fourth doujutsu.
As itachi said "The transplant gave birth to a completely new doujutsu"
The most powerful doujutsu is EMS which Jiraiya didn't know.

Pein does not hail from a clan. In fact, his doujutsu, the Rinnegan, is NOT a Kekkei Genkai like the other two.
It's something else, something supernatural (as Jiraiya pointed out, according to myths, only a chosen one receives it after many decades).
After all, it's called "the tool of the gods", and the only other person known to have possessed it as well was the very first Shinobi.
So yeah, it's a "clanless doujutsu".
