Glory At Beersheba Charge Of The Australian Lighthorse - Lest We Forget

In 1917, the British campaign was at the point of collapse, The Turks hold the British forces off. One last desperate attempt to take the wells of Beersheba is mounted. 800 Australian Lighthorsemen answer the challenge and do the impossible, galloping across open miles of desert, they smashed through the enemy defenses and rode into history. This was regarded as the last great Cavalry charge in military history. The charge was one of the great military victories which can be claimed not just by the Australians - for his was one of the great victories of the White Celtic race around the world of their historical enemies the Barbarian Semitic Huns.

The charge opened the road to Jerusalem that eventually changed history. The Arab rule of Jerusalem would come to an end. This is a magnificent history and to all my Aussie mates, this is a great film of that charge.
