20TH annual Cardboard Boat Regatta

River Legacy Foundation's 20th annual Cardboard Boat Regatta was held May 2, 2009 at Six Flags Hurricane Harbor. More than 1,500 attended the event and more than 100 cardboard boats raced
(or in some cases, sank) to the finish. Attendees enjoyed the races, splashing in Hook's Lagoon, unlimited rides on the Tornado, a Children's Area, Concessions and so much more. All proceeds from the event benefit River Legacy Parks, River Legacy Living Science Center and River Legacy Foundation.
