  • Wear good boots, from a top brand. Poor quality boots with crap studs causes many knee injuries where the player has twisted but the boot gets stuck.

  • @tennismaster007 - This are called propricentive exercices, wich enhance control of posture, improve neuromuscular efficiency and ehnhace joint stability ( This would make your son less prone to arterior crusiate ligament injuries ). Control of posture, better communication between the nervous system and the muscular system and joint stability will improve your sons agility.
