you've got one of the best unboxing vids i've seen here in yt. i prefer unboxing vids that are either commentary-less vids, or vids like yours with a commentary, but is simple, quick, and straight to the point, would be getting this 50d by next year with the 18-55 also, mainly because its a cheaper kit than with an 18-200 that's available here in the philippines.

the 18-55 really doesn't do the 50D's 15 Megapixel sensor any justice. You were better off with a 450D with a better lens.
However if you're in to portraits, one lens I absolutely recommend is the Canon 50mm 1.8 prime lens which you can get for about $80. You'll be blown away by the detail.

@hekta85 you are absolutely right! The reason I got the 18-55 is because I could not afford multiple lenses right away.

bro, why swap the 28-135 with an 18-55? for wide angle purposes?

yes. Wide angle and cost efficient. Also I mainly shoot portraits, which are generally in the 18-55mm range. I plan on purchasing the 70-200 for my other work. Hopefully very soon.
