Colossus has always been my favorite to turn your whole body to organic steele is awsome i love the deleted scene he had on x men 3 when iceman froze the blob and colossus in his metal form punched the frozen blob and shattered him to pieces lol love it

My absolute favorite is Beast, my second favorite is Gambit.

Iceman for some reason reminds me of Sub-Zero, so he's at the top of my list. I also like Gambit, Deadpool, and Nightcrawler
