  • Terry, my man, you're my role model regarding unicycling! I'm actually learning by your videos (shame I can't even pedal forwards right now).

I can't wait to get my retirement (or at least a vacation) and go for uni riding as you do...

  • @Gunner193 Hey Gunner, glad if my videos inspired you to take up uni! I love that!

  • Great suff guys, come ride in Arizona lots of cool places........

  • @bradsedig I really want to come ride south mtn, I just need to plan for it in my schedule. but now it's starting to get hot so I will have to wait until maybe November now.

  • Terry, what do you do for a living? You live in the 2nd most expensive part of the country, have tons of expensive gear, and seem to have a lot of free time.

  • @RicksonByArmbar Hi Rick. I'm a piano technician but semi retired now, so I'm very fortunate to have lots of free time for riding. Not rich by any standard though, but comfortable.

  • @ttt8699 that's cool! I'm clearly in the wrong business! I just got a 36" coker (as a gift) but I'll be lucky if I get to ride it once a week. Any tips for me? I've ridden one but can't freemount it yet.

  • @ttt8699 Thanks for the quick reply. i'll have to get some of those pedals:)

  • @Curradus yeah it's pretty much both shoes and pedals. I have 5.10 high impact shoes which have amazingly good grip even when wet, and the pedals are also very grippy called "drillium" made by speedplay. Pricey at about $109 per pair, but well worth it imo.

  • I was wondering how you keep your feet on the pedals, because whenever I get my foot slightly wet it is like walking in a ice rink without skates. Is it good pedals or good shoes, or both?
