@JacksonMichaelBAD because your leg shouldnt be loaded like that. there is no natural exercise that would ever put that same load onto your leg.

@jbuiltman I agree with your very informative comment and doing those exercises you mentioned are bio-mechanically correct and they incorporate more muscle due to compound movements.
if your an athlete dont do this exercise!!! if you just want good looking quads go for it
