  • That was a man who was sitting right behind me, I don't know his name! Maybe be an ex soldier, I don't know!

  • This is an incredible song. I heard it for the first time live at the Shubert Theater and it gave me chills. Josh really captures the gravity of this song perfectly.

  • @IsralisMrdakovic I was at the Shubert Theater in New Haven as well :) And I love this song, but for me the biggest surprise that evening was Josh singing Galileo for the first time.

  • Thank you so much for posting. I have a lot of military family. I love this song

  • @Macsdaug You are welcome :)

  • how close where you? Do you think row 4 could get those shots?

  • @aleshaevans I think so, I was in front row, but not in the center!

  • Who is the person that thanks Josh in the beginning of the video? So touching. How sweet of Josh to respond.

  • Whoa. They actually have a full orchestra for this song. In the mini-concerts, he played the intro on piano.

I hope to see him in Sac on August 24.

  • Can't wait to see him live in September!

  • This is so amazing...I had never truly grasped the beauty and emotion in this song until I heard him sing it live. I saw him in Omaha, NE on May 24th. My mom and I were sitting in the front row...much like the same spot that this video was taken from. I'm surprised security didn't stop you from recording! Anyways, that concert will be a cherished memory. His voice sounds even better live. Such a gift!!

  • i was there! woot! :D

  • @aleshaevans

I had row 4 dead center, in Tulsa, and it was an awesome seat, and I got really good pictures and videos from there (12x zoom lens, but didn't need full zoom). I was right by the aisle and he came past me 5 times! Touched him each time, and got a full hand clasp!

  • A true artist! He sounds better live than recorded! (I mean that as a compliment. Recording equipment cannot capture the power of his voice. It just can't.)
