  • Here's some trivia for you - that's Clay Bellinger standing to the left (our right) of Sojo. Coney insisted Clay appear in the commercial to help him out financially.

  • Damn i miss the late 90's yankees team because they had guys like Tino, Knoblauch, Brosius, Bernie, Paul O'neil, El Duque, Coney, Clemens, Mendoza, Stanton, Nelson etc. At that time the Yankees were that damn good and hopefully they start another dynasty with CC Sabathia, Burnett, Texeira etc.!

  • HAHAHA I remember that shit!!! Bringing it back

  • @TittyTittyBangBangXX Everybody do the Cone no, maybe every body do the Coney no... Everybody do the Conehead no...

What about the Boomer for David Wells?

  • El Duque finally retired :( Retire that man's number....ASAP! He's a big part of that championship run!!!!!! WAR EL DUQUE!

  • I don't think The Cone was gonna catch on like The El Duque

  • While El Duque was never a great pitcher in the big leagues, he was the most fun to watch.

  • Still makes me lol The El Duke with Coney and Sojo classic

  • One of those commercials that leave a mark, so many years later I'm searching it on You Tube!

  • They should make that a real dance. :D Everybody, let's dance "The El Duque".

  • @aka98765

YES!!! It was when was supposedly pitching an awesome game, and the Ansky guys ran out of "K"'s for strikeouts so they use the "K" guy, and end up hanging him and the commercial ends with him saying "I don't wanna be the K anymore..."

  • Greatest commercial ever.

  • @Bondcliff03 he stunk. Remember when him and shane spencer battled it out for left field back in the early 2000s? ha. Spencer was supposed to be the next babe ruth, his home runs per at bat rate was equal to babe ruths, no joke haahah
