主料:油豆皮辅料:虾子、葱、姜调料:盐、味精、酱油、白糖、料酒、胡椒粉、香叶、桂皮、八角、草寇、花椒烹制方法: 1、锅中加油,依次放入葱姜、香料、酱油、白糖、适量水,盐、胡椒粉、料酒煮15分钟,留汤汁备用; 2、汤汁中加入虾子,放入油豆皮煮软,捞出后一层一层放在干纱布上,卷起后用纱布包裹,用绳子捆紧实,放入蒸锅中蒸40分钟,出锅切片即可食用。特点:五香味浓,咸香筋道­。
