I'm an RN x 13 years. I have suffered from Anxiety, Depression, and Panic Attacks. I'm here to share with you my knowledge on Medications to treat these disorders.
You will know you are near recovery and normal adrenal function when at 1:30 am you awake and you are so sleepy ( without drugs) that you don't wan't to get out of bed to urinate. Once back to bed you immediately fall back to sleep and upon awaking you feel very refreshed and awake...rather than feeling dead tired all morning like you previously. Sorry to ramble.....
Some people can stay in the early stages of adrenal stress for many years providing they do not have another signficant stressor or they do not have more severe insomnia. If you have severe insomnia you must regain your natural ability to sleep in order to fully recover from adrenal stress and fatigue. With stress reduction, a good diet, light exercise and some a few supplements....the body will eventually return to homeostasis and normal adrenal function and hormonal rhythm.
midnight and staying elevated until 6:00 am where it begins to fall but only for a short period of time. With high cortisol levels most of the day and night the adrenals eventually will move to later stages of exhaustion and begin producing too little cortisol which leads to a myriad of health problems. ( profound fatigue, inability to handle stress, food allergies, drop in body temperature) DHEA and melatonin levels will also plummet. Pupillary response to light will be very slow.
My advice is have your adrenal function measured. There are 24 hour test kits you can purchase that can determine your 24 hour cortisol/DHEA circadian rhythm. With normal adrenal function cortisol has 2 main low points during the day ( 4:00-5:00pm and around mid-night). With levels steadily rising to a peak around 6:00 to 7:00 am and then peaking again around noon. DHEA follows a contrasting rhythm. People with chronic anxiety/depression/PA's will typically have cortisol levels peaking at
@winstono75 Why does someone have to be paying him to make this video? Seem's pretty genuine to me. Everyone has different experiences with Anxiety - Medication should not be ruled out as a line of treatment. Like he says, he has tried many other techniques. AntiAnxiety drug therapy helps an awful lot of people, not everyone can find a solution in non drug therapy alone.
Who's paying you to make this video? If you have a problem with anxiety and you start taking anxiety medication, you now also have a problem with dependence on the medication. If you want to get off it you will experience anxiety induced by the withdrawal from the medication in addition to the original anxiety. Anxiety is telling you something, better find out what it is.
Hello! Have you thought about anxiety zero technique (Go to anxiety0.info)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my work buddy pretty much cured anxiety and panic attacks with it.
That was really good information Gary. ive been batteling aniety and panic attacks for three years now then i took off two years of collegeand it went away..
