At 2:07 you say, "Play the open D, and then play the ninth fret on the 4th string." From the way you've been numbering the strings, you actually mean the 3rd string, or the G string. Just incase anybody was confused.

it would have helped me if i knew how to play guitar. im sitting here with mine doing my best but it sounds nothing like yours most of the time. the whole palm muting and strumming in general thwarts me. no fault of yours or your vid, i just need more basic. I liked your cover a lot though. made me look for a acoustic cover of this song on itunes but i liked your version better than deftones'.
