thanks so much! My laptop died so I haven't been around much lately. Hopefully it will be repaired soon and I can rejoin the world! I've missed everyone - just peeking once in a while at the office when one is looking isn't enough! Hope all is well with you! Take care!

great video...love ur advice on th sugar...i too have an addictive personality and i really need to read everything to be aware so i dont get that craving which is so hard to break
