I haven't competed parallel bars in something like 8 years, but I'm finally feeling strong enough to do a routine now.

This was my second routine of the day. The first one I did without falling, but didn't record it. I might not do PB again until January, so I decided to upload this despite the bad straddle cut.

  • Looking good Alexis. You guys going to be at nationals in Utah?

  • @grasseline Yep. Planning to be any ways.

  • @DrAlexisOlson Say Dr Olson, I'm in the National guard and I'm intrested into getting into gymnastics for strength training. Any tips for where I should start at?

  • @TheCambo50 My standard advice is to recommend you check out the GymnasticBodies website.

  • Good stuff man, I've never seen you dismount properly off the p bars, very clean layout! Can you do moys from handstand yet? or are you just gonna keep it like this?

  • @natcomber13 I'm don't think I can hang on if I bail from handstand. I'll probably just keep it the way it is. I won't get the empty swing deduction for it at nationals.
