Hai thar. Yep, animating mouths.
~~
There are 2 different types of making characters talk. There's a lazy-ish way, and a way when the body moves along with the mouth. I'm usually too lazy to do the second version though. o_o

Stuffs you'll need to use:
-Sony Vegas
-BannedStory
-Paint

Press "s" on your keyboard and the image duration should split into two parts.

ehh.. does it work with every sony vegas? in the first way, i did the green screen blah blah blah, then when i went to pan/crop it wouldnt zoom out for the mouth to be smaller. i have sony vegas 8 bc its a little less complicated (as some ppl say -.-) o_o

I think it reached the limit for when you zoomed out more.
I think you should make the image of the mouth smaller. O: Hope this was helpful!

Refer to 1:39 in the video:
-Make the breaks in between each mouth picture smaller.
-And also, make the length of the mouth's appearance shorter.
