Yes it is, a major 3 is the same as a b4. But just for illustration purposes in the video I'm jst trying to say that all the intervals are fourths except that last one, and when u actually create the chord you are really thinking about the Ab and mentally flatting the Ab down to a G before u strike the note. Mentally is easier to think of the last interval as a 4th that has been flatted. Its a mental symmetry thing.

at 1:01, the last interval, from Eb to G, isn´t it a major third instead of a flat fourth like it appears in the video? just asking..
