Well, as have seen no one have created a real new track for this game but they have changed the textures and some objects, and its done changing only a .viv file on the on the track's file, like the "persist.viv", but the meters are much more complicated to change, the changes need to be made in the "gui.viv" (not sure, was a long time ago), i tried it once but never could recompile the file successfully
