材料:長糯米、羊肉、薑片、麻油、鹽、雞粉

做法:
1.糯米先泡6小時再瀝乾備用,蒸籠撲上蒸布,糯米放在蒸布上,糯米不可以完全蓋滿蒸布,要留一些縫隙讓蒸氣通過。
2.蓋上鍋蓋,等水滾再把蒸籠放上鍋子蒸,蒸約30分鐘即可。
3.另起一鍋轉小火,用麻油爆香薑片,慢慢翻炒到薑片微焦,即可加入羊肉片一拌拌炒,炒到羊肉變白即可加入米酒,加入少許鹽、雞粉調味即可。
4.把蒸熟的糯米放入炒鍋中,關火。糯米、薑片與羊肉拌勻,拌好的材料放入電鍋內鍋中,再放入電鍋中蒸10分鐘風味更佳。
