@HinatasCrush "Ive got Jeet Kune Do" sure....sitting on the internet and writing a well thought out retort to a video paints a picture in my mind of a person who has the free time to do such things meaning you don't really practice Jeet Kune Do. Also, if you did you wouldn't care what a video displayed or what anybody said about martial arts anyway. Also, title doesn't dictate behavior. I've met people who have practiced martial arts for many years and have shit attitudes. Wake up....

I'm no samurai or wu shu champion, but I'm pretty sure if they had proper katana's they would cut right through the staff and its holder. This is what Bruce Lee used to call "organised dispair."

Words trully cannot express how displeasing this is. These guys are swinging the bouken around like a baseball bat. To me this is very disrespectful to the art and for this to be even choregraphed is even worse. Someone who has been taught the way the sword or bushido wouldn't do this. The sword is the extension of the samurai's soul and body, it should be used respectfully and not be used as a idiots play toy one would get at a renaissance festival.
