Im a level 15 with Full Dragon, I wish Zeals were tradable i would be like 2k of them :(

The maximum amount of Zeals you can earn is 6 in 69 minutes (considering you win every game giving 3 × 2 points, as one game lasts 20 minutes with a waiting period of 3 minutes).

When you level up your combat stats on Soul Wars Zeals, do your combat level and/or hitpoints/constitution level up too?

You simply exchange the Zeals for XP in a specific skill (Attack, Strength, Defence, Constitution, Ranged, Magic, Prayer or Slayer). You do gain some XP during the games, that depends on how you're fighting.
