After nearly fifty five million pounds was returned to Michael Jackson fans who bought tickets to his shows new rules have been established to protect music fans.
The Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers and the Office of Fair Trading have set out new conditions, including what happens if an event is cancelled and how a customer can seek redress.
OFT director of consumer protection Mike Haley said it is right that customers have clear terms and conditions set out for them.
