After searching YouTube I couldn't find much if any information on Growing hops from home in containers or in the South Eastern United States. So this series is testing both of those points. Hopefully it helps you.

  • @namesleft freshops.com - btw you need Rhizomes (special root cuttings), not seeds. Because you do not want any Male plants, only females. Males make seeds and while increasing the size of your nearby female cones, it will cross contaminate other breeds and male cones are not usable in beer, they contain very little lupulin and 15% more weight in useless seeds (bad for sales if you plan to sell to local LHBS)

  • dont worry you answered in the second video

  • do you need a particular kind of soil?

  • just found your vid can you tell me where to get the seeds for the hops i live in canada (ontario) thanks
