Is ram air just an intake system, and why does it have it's own rpm limiter?

i actually know of a guy that has a ram air three 69 judge sitting in a fieldthat he uses for parts..crazy

This baby is stupid fast, John was nice enough to let me drive it when we brought it back to his shop. Incredible low end power like a quarter mile car.

This really takes me back. A friend of mine from high school is the second owner of a '69 Judge that he got when we were in (IIRC) 11th grade for $600 in pieces. It was all original except for the rear-end, which had been blown. That car was extremely quick, I never saw it lose. I'm a Mopar guy, but the GTO Judge is one GM product I really like.
