I love what you are doing but I don't understand why the performance is 1/2 step lower than the sheet music you are showing.

Because it was performed on a lower pitch (A=415 Hz) with period instruments instead of modern pitch (A=440). Meaning that the instruments are tuned to a relatively lower frequence. So when they play E, for example, it sounds like modern day E flat. For further reading, you can check out the article in wikipedia on the topic.
