Reseda California, Reseda Country Club, Reseda Theater and Boogie Nights

Places I remember in Reseda California. The Reseda Country Club, The Reseda Theater and some of the places where Boogie Nights was filmed. I also show two of the schools in Reseda that I attended. Grover Cleveland High School and Melvin Ave Elementary School.

I was raised in Reseda and yes it has become a toilet. It's a shame. It was a great place in the 60's and 70's. I went to Blythe st Elementary, Northridge Junior High, Cleveland High and Pierce College. A true Valley boy. The Country Club was the place to see concerts back then. I saw a lot of big name acts roll through there.

@Smackenzieth The best way to find new places is to get in your car and drive with no destination. L.A. and the valley are huge and there are a lot of hidden treasures to be found this way.

@Smackenzieth We used to go to Zuma beach, Malibu creek, Sundays at Chatsworth park for frisbie and BBQ (and beer), drive through mulholland , Friday and Saturday nights in Hollywood at the clubs, Country club for local concerts, hike in topanga, off roading at the end of Tampa, Desoto, Winnetka and dirt Balboa, climb stoney point (Chatsworth) at night after aforementioned pot, Wednesday nights cruising Van Nuys Bvd, party hopping (and crashing) on the weekends.

wierd like all my old neighborhood went to Chuck landis coutry club many times and miss donuts and the church is where my parents got married I lived like around whiteoak and sherman way well my dad still lives out there .
