Knowmads Extended

We are students; 13 change makers from a new education called Knowmads. In February we will be finished with our one year education. But we do not want to stop yet. Together we want to continue and take it a step further: Knowmads Extended.


Our ambition is to learn from the needs in other parts of the world. We want to make an impact by sharing the lessons of our pioneering education, the skills, tools, energy, and passion somewhere else in this world.


We want to do this by interacting and working with local people. We want to feel their needs and dreams, and make them happen. Work in chaos, with diversity. Connect and build relationships. We want to empower people, let them dream and believe in themselves. And we want to share this experience with the world to create awareness and understanding.


For us it is important that a project abroad is embedded in the local society. We will not go with a pre-established plan to change a community. We believe that change has to come from within. We want to trigger this in others so they can be the change they want to see in the world!




What is needed? Funding to take this dream into reality and make it happen!


About Knowmads: Knowmads is an entrepreneurial business school in Amsterdam that creates a platform for learning. Students come from all over the world and are stimulated to develop their entrepreneurial and creative skills. The education is based on action learning in a team setting.
