If there's anyhing that Staten Island should be known for, it's the fact that most of its residents can't keep themselves from masturbating in public. The problem is so bad that there are even special receptacles placed along the sidewalk just for this purpose (which like trashcans are never used!) I was in a dollar store there once, and the cashier began masturbating right in the middle of the transaction! I was so appalled that I insisted she keep the change. I've never seen a more filthy city
