Max Block Nec is joke project vs. Smiter...
Smite just goes In regardless of Block! It's not affected by block!
As for against charge - you need some Minions, to Shield you, and Decrepify - to slow him...
Very bad Cast Rate, very bad...
With Adequate CR you can do miracles! Showering the opponent with B. Spirits, which he will fail dodging them all!
At last - 1 unbeatable (vs. Meleers) Def. Tactic - Cast (4-5) B. Spirits -> Tele in them, R&R = he approaches you - he's hit by a deadly BS Train!
