I agree with that. It is vague but its not wrong. Randi began the segment saying "it had been NEARLY four years since Bundy was executed at the time of this taping" and then concluded with "nothing happened to him three years ago because he was already dead".
A skilled shuteye is gonna perform more like the second woman. Randi usually handles the people who are easier to debunk. With someone like her who is mildly interesting, Randi knows he needs an extra kick against her results.

@sethmanrockandroll If she said that this man was executed for murder 3 years ago, I would agree with you. She didn't. All she said was, "something happened that was critically important to his fate." She could twist that to mean anything just like she tried to insist at the end that she said he was a sadist. She did say he had a child but she guessed and I emphasise, guessed, a boy. And she was wrong on that very basic fact.
