Hyundai Grand Opening

At Gelt Inc. we believe in forming strong bonds with our investors and potential investors. Today I attended a Hyundai car dealership grand opening in the City of Industry for our friend and business associate Sam Lim. Sam Lim and I are partners in various real estate deals. Sam is a very honest and hard working business man. He was the Founder and President of American Apparel. Mr. Lim recently sold out of the company when it went public and is now involved in various businesses and real estate dealings.

Sam Lim actually purchased this car dealership property about a year and a half ago. It had a tenant in it until just a few months ago. When the tenant stopped paying rent and ultimately vacated, Sam had the drive and vision to bring a Hyundai dealership to his property. During his first month of business Sam sold over 100 cars. Not bad for a newcomer to the industry!

We hope to have a strong long lasting relationship with Mr. Lim for many years ahead.
