This is a short documentary about one of shaolins best kung fu master's. Master Hu is in a long line of traditional shaolin kung fu master and now has his own school where he teaches shaolin kung fu, buddhism, chi gong and chin na.

Real shaolin fighting results in the opponent either being blinded, broken, or trapped or killed, the real masters of shaolin rarely ever fight or except challenges.because of humility and being a true martial artist. also I have train in shaolin only shortly. but watching real life fighters fight against each other, it quickly becomes a sanda fight and most forms goe flying out the window when they collide. Simplycity is the best martial arts goe straight through the door not around it

I also had an opportunity to trained there. It's the only traditional Shaolin Kung Fu School in Deng Feng. The rest teaches contemporary style which is good but for show. Sanda is the form used for fighting introduced by Bruce Lee. It later became popular after Enter The Dragon.
