GSD - Super Weapon [Requiem System]

This is the Requiem System in the Daedalus base of the Earth Alliance, It is quite an awesome weapon due to the amount of tech related to the use of it.

Fires a high energy beam and it curves as many times as there are reflection points ready to curve

im guessing the system wasnt fully done when the EA whipped it out but it;s still fucking cool. The problem is that the force for the first shot was not large enough - they didnt expect the ZAFT to respond w/so much force. A slightly larger fleet but not enough to scare them into sending a large force wouldve done the job well

@OChubbyO They wouldn't breach the ray shields on a standard Imperial Star Destroyer, let alone the fucking Death Star.

Star Wars ships can generally take what they dish out, and they can dish out A LOT more than anything in Gundam. An Imperial Star Destroyer can turn a planet like Earth into something like Mustafar within a half-hour. And the Death Star didn't just destroy Alderaan--it VAPORIZED it--that's thousands of times more than what's necessary to simply destroy it

agreed kyle i think they over looked it and couldave been their downfall i mean genisis even after its 1st 2 shots it was more secure cause it was by Jachin Due plus zaft only had to guerd genisis while requim had to guard the abadoned colinies and the weapon plus they didnt have enough defenses at daedalus to protect requim and that was the downfall i believe anyway

it would have worked too if they didn't have such a large force escorting it and if they equipped it with a mirage colloid stealth system like Patrick Zala did with G.E.N.E.S.I.S. It was the same with the Girty Lue...they only used it once.
