主料:茄子 辅料:香菇、西红柿、木耳、葱、姜、蒜 调料:味精、白糖、酱油、醋、料酒、淀粉 烹制方法: 1、将茄子去皮切厚片,表面轻切花刀,再切成滚刀块,放入油锅中炸至金黄备用; 2、葱姜蒜末中加入少许泡发好的木耳、香菇,调入料酒、酱油、白糖、醋、味精拌匀,锅中留底油,倒入调好的汁,水淀粉勾芡,放入西红柿、茄子快速翻炒均匀即可。 特点:鲜香适口,外酥里嫩。
