Fucking love insomniac. EA not so much. But honestly the only thing EA did to overstrike was demand realism. after playing the fuse demo everything from the trailer seems to be here. just has a more realistic feal to it but has kept the humor from this trailer intact. All the abilities you see are still present only visually different which in my opinion actually look a lot cooler then they did here. i cant say that this version would have been more fun then fuse but honestly its a decent change

Crysis 2 and 3. Crysis 1 was a PC exclusive title that pushed graphical boundaries, while Crysis 2 was multiplat and some textures had lower resolution than those in Crysis. Also it only supposed DirectX 9c at release, while Crysis supported 9c and 10. Crytek claimed that this was due to "piracy" and "PC-Exclusive" no longer being profitable. But these things are decisions made by publishers, not developers. Also Crysis 3 is pretty much just Crysis 2.5. Even the hud looks the same.

Mirror's Edge added gunplay mechanics because EA didn't think it'd sell well without them. Dead Space was created as something of a skunkworks project with limited oversight, but despite its success DS2 and DS3 shifted their focus farther to shooting rather than horror. Mass Effect 1 had nearly every enemy and ally decently armored, but ME2 dropped realism for the sake of battle catsuits and combat heels on a majority of female teammates. If it doesn't focus-test well, EA starts interfering.

yep i bet you EA is the ones who made them make most of those changes. Insomniac is amazing and i've seen some great stuff by them, and i watch the Fuse trailer and it didn't feel like them. Of course i then came here and saw this and it felt much better than whatever crap fuse is supposed to be.

Where is this game insomniacs? So much promise. Fuse seems fun, from the demo at least. But I wanted this game.

Well the biggest reason I feel that this trailer is better than the Fuse one is because of the tone. The characters in this game seemed original and fun compared to Fuse which looks really generic. Well, the trailer did at least. The game can speak for itself when it arrives.
