This is part 1 of 2, of a basic overview, and operation, of the 3M MPro120 Pico (Pocket) Projector, side-by-side with it's predecessor, the MPro110.
You'll note the major improvements made with the new LCoS display (640x480 native resolution), versus the separate Red, Green, and Blue dots on the MPro110.
Also, this features sound capability, and a 4-hour (expected) life on a single charge, under normal usage. You'll know how much time is left, with the power meter, a VERY useful tool (as well as the power LED's on top change color, based on remaining charge left).
A very impressive product!
The newer MPro150 is the same, except the light boost goes to 15 lumens (12 on the MPro120), as well as having 1GB internal memory for photos and video, as well as an SD card slot.

I'm sure you'll enjoy it. It does well.

  • great review. I just bought the M150. Did you do a review of it as well?

  • @GaryfromMemphis

    Nope.

The 120 and 150 are the same thing, except the 150 is slightly brighter, and can read memory cards.

  • Does this work with a playstation 3? Thanks.

  • @tohey

Yes, but in Standard Definition. Will still look better than most SD TV's do.

Mostly to show images off my camcorder, or anyone's camera, where using a TV isn't available, or being used. Looking at a 24" image is a LOT easier, than a tiny viewfinder.

Also makes for a good display for a batt-op DVD player. (Storm outages)

  • What do you plan to use this projector for?
