@strengthcamp is it okay to do my squats a little higher then 90 degrees because of knee problems?? ( my knee cracks a lot)

Just tried the tip today when doing squats, my hamstrings and ass are sore and I didnt feel the majority of the soreness in my lower back. Thanks and keep doing videos man!

hi elliott just a quick question.
what rep range do you do and do you focus more on heavy or focus on getting the reps
because everyone says at least 6 reps for hypertrophy and i think you must do some since your a really big guy :) love the channel

i think 1 and a quarter pause squats at submaximal weights will help also by activating and strengthening the VMO

I have the same problem but with DEADLIFTS, as I'm coming up, my knees buckle in, would I do the same exercises?
