  • I have the same problem but with DEADLIFTS, as I'm coming up, my knees buckle in, would I do the same exercises?

  • @strengthcamp is it okay to do my squats a little higher then 90 degrees because of knee problems?? ( my knee cracks a lot)

    what rep range do you do and do you focus more on heavy or focus on getting the reps

    because everyone says at least 6 reps for hypertrophy and i think you must do some since your a really big guy :) love the channel

  • i think 1 and a quarter pause squats at submaximal weights will help also by activating and strengthening the VMO
