This is exactly what the frontmen and all the musiians are doing! I know that the guitar players spend hours in front of the mirror to exercise the guitar-player poses. The vocalists do the same. I know a girl who sings in a band. She moves on stage wonderfully, ahe makes wonderful gestures and faces. And she told me that it is because of years of practice in front of the mirror.
