  • I heard the Albuquerque Youth Symphony play it yesterday at the playathon and at their concert. It was georgeous and at the end with those BEAUTIFUL harmonies Mr. Gordon stood ther for about two minutes, started to cry and then went off stage. Bravo AYO! and you too Tsinghua!

  • Beautiful. I know Copland originally scored it for only 13 instruments, but so much emotion is lost in the absence of the full orchestra.

  • I'm playing this at my high school right now! it's the only piece i've played that requires the lowest B of the flute..

    it's such a pretty piece, especially for the holidays. I can't wait until my school performs it...

    these performers did a nice job :]
