Do you have to mark each surface as a wall/floor/cieling? This sometimes screws up gameplay a bit. Maybe you could implement something so they can act as either one, depending on how the player hits the surface?

@22darthmaul22: Yeah, I know it takes a bit of of the flexibility out, but there's a few things that I really need to keep under my control. I'm able to determine what ledges are hard ledges, and what are just curves that are ramped off. I'm smoothing out the transition from running up vertical ground to a wall with the wall run, but trying to use one clip would just create way too many problems. Would be fine if I was only using one shape per tile space, but...
