The High Quality version seems to be better (interlacing thing aside). Also, the police wanted to let us know they enjoyed the pirate theme and want something similar next time. Here's my vote for Operation: Level Up!

Strangely (but thankfully) there was a lot of foot traffic we reached as well as people talking to us from their cars. Cabin fever I guess.
