Sorry but at the moment there are severe problems with Pixchat. It seems the application didn't receive proper testing.
We block users just by moving their photos without releasing. Anything they write won't appear. Serious bug.
And the whole idea that everyone can move everything around renders it chaotic, especially with many users.
There are other issues but these are the biggest ones. Too bad, since it's actually quite attractive and straight forward.
